Other Volunteer Opportunities

We have a large cadre of volunteers who plant and maintain gardens through our Lady Bird Johnson Adopt-a-Garden Program.

We take part in Austin Park Foundation’s bi-annual city-wide volunteer day: It’s My Park Day. This occurs on the first Saturday of March and the first Saturday of November.

The large scale, bi-monthly Keep Austin Beautiful Clean Lady Bird Lake program is a great place to volunteer to help keep Lady Bird Lake free of trash.
